Ingredients required to make Tomato Shorba Recipe:-
- Tomato (3 to 4 medium size)
- Red chilli powder (one-fourth teaspoon)
- Mustard seed (half a teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (one teaspoon)
- Sugar (half teaspoon)
- Salt (according to your taste)
- Ghee (one teaspoon)
- Besan (Gram flour) (one spoon)
- Water (as per need)
- Coriander (one teaspoon finely chopped)
Method of making Tomato Shorba Recipe:-
- Place a pan on the gas and add sufficient water to boil.
- When the water comes to a boil, put all the tomatoes in it and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Now take out the tomato and make a paste.
- Now put this paste in the pan, add red chili powder and let it boil.
- When the first boil comes, add lemon juice, salt, besan (gram flour), sugar, and stir it a little.
- Take a pan and add ghee into the pan, when the ghee is heated then add cumin seeds and Mustard seed and fry it properly, and immediately put the tomato paste and mix it with this spatula.
- Cook it for a few moments and cover it with a lid after turning off the gas knob.
- Now garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Your Tomato Shorba Recipe is ready. Now serve it hot and enjoy the taste.
